Charlie Morris is a Research Associate at Horizon Family Wealth, where he joined the team in 2025. He specializes in providing analytical research on equities and securities and offers operational support for daily activities.
Charlie graduated from the University of Vermont's Grossman School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Global Business and Analytics. He began his career in college as a lease and service operator at The Alpine Shop VT, later transitioning to an Operations Associate during his senior year. Throughout his career, Charlie has enjoyed delivering an ideal customer experience, troubleshooting issues with an understanding perspective, and building strong relationships with clients.
Originally from a Boston suburb, Charlie is now enjoying his time in Chicago. He was actively involved with the UVM Sailing Team and Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity during college. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and rooting for the Red Sox, but most of all, spending time with his two-year-old Labrador Retriever, Hogee. When he's not on land, Charlie is competing in offshore yacht racing all over North America, including the Newport to Bermuda Race and the Race to Mackinac. He also coached at junior sailing programs for four years and helped lead the Hingham Highschool Sailing team to a team racing state title in 2024.
