Andrew Hamelin

Andrew Hamelin is the Director of the Optima Partners Los Angeles Office. Prior to joining Optima Partners, he was a Senior Principal Consultant with ACA Global Managing Consultant. Prior to ACA Global, he was a Partner with Advanced Regulatory Compliance, LLC. In addition to passing the Series 65, the FINRA SIE, the level 1 Examination of the CFA program and holding a Bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University Northridge, Andrew utilizes his wealth of experience with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 to provide ongoing consulting services to our firm as we strive to maintain a strong culture of compliance.
