Operations ManagerErica Rubin joined Horizon Family Wealth in March 2026 as the Operations Manager, where she plays a key role in elevating the firm’s client experience. She focuses on creating clarity, consistency, and efficiency across the service model-ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout their relationship with the firm. Her thoughtful behind‑the‑scenes leadership helps deliver a smooth, coordinated, and reliable client journey at every touchpoint.
Erica graduated with honors from DeVry University in 2010 with a degree in Applied Science in Web and Graphic Design. She brings a diverse operations background spanning more than two decades, including 7 years in financial markets and investment services operation, 5 years in wealth management client service operations, and the past 11 years serving as a business operations leader in the advertising industry.
A Chicago‑area native, Erica is excited to be back in the city. She and her husband, Jason, have three children-Kylie, Jaxon, and Asher. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and cooking, and she has a growing passion for cultivating her own fruits, vegetables, and herbs to create a true farm‑to‑table experience. She loves bringing people together through shared meals and meaningful moments around the table.
